We have used Thomas 3 times now twice for pre inspections and once for a full inspection and there is a reason we have requested him by name. He was always on time (if not beating us to the homes) and had such a warm energy. He was meticulous and thorough and explained everything he was doing while answering any questions we had. He was very personable but also professional. We hope we get this house so we don't need another inspection but if we did need another we already know who we would call. It was easy to book inspections and I appreciated all of the follow up and emails with details. Would absolutely recommend and use again.
